The MFC-9970CDW is an excellent working companion in the demanding office environment. With its ability to print, fax, scan and copy, work is more efficient with less time waiting for printouts. The MFC-9970CDW has the same fast printing speed of up to 28 pages per minute for both colour and monochrome printing, and is designed to expand with business expansion with an optional 500-sheet lower tray on top of the 250-sheet paper tray. The 50-sheet Automatic Document Feeder eliminates waiting time for multiple page copying, scanning and faxing.
The MFC-9970CDW is equipped with wired and wireless network capabilities and can be shared with multiple users in the office network. It is able to fax documents online, reducing telephony costs.
Brother’s unique Secure Function Lock, limits staff access to certain functions, such as colour-printing and copying, and setting print volume allowances for specific users can also easily be programmed easily.
The N-in-1 Printing and the Toner Save Mode feature also plays a part in reducing overheads and maximizing profits. Furthermore, Brother also offers optional super high-yield toners, pushing an even lower cost per page.
With the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption, sensitive information can remain secure, even during the few seconds from the computer to the MFC-9970CDW. To further enhance privacy and security, Brother’s Secure Print feature will only print confidential documents after entering the PIN code at the printer.
Brother’s MFC-9970CDW is Energy Star certified for low power consumption and operates at 1.8W when it is in deep sleep mode.
