Mustek’s incorporation of its subsidiary DSS (Digital Surveillance Systems) in January 2009 resulted in an offering to the dealer base of entry-level to medium price CCTV applications and Access Control solutions, primarily analogue with limited digital devices.
This incorporation has now evolved into the formation of the fully-fledged Mustek Surveillance Technologies (MST) divison, dedicated to the provision of the full spectrum of surveillance solution-driven products, primarily for the Corporate arena.
The division is now able to offer a greater selection of products with a number of newly-launched product lines, including Dedicated Micros, Nuuo and Axis. Furthermore, MST’s product offering will comprise I.P. solutions which include the entire product range from HVAC to Intrusion.
MST is now in the unique position where it can offer a complete solution including its existing range of Security Products and I.P. products, obviating the need for shopping around for components. The overwhelming benefit to a System Integrator is safety in the knowledge that Mustek Surveillance Technologies provides a single comprehensive source of supply, and there is no need for consolidation or reconciliation of a number of procurements for one solution.
M.S.T. is now able to offer not only the older type analogue solutions, and entry-level integrated solutions such as CCTV and Access Control, but also a comprehensive Building Management solution. As the country experiences sharply increasing electricity costs, MST believes that the future lies in “Green Building”, to regulate costs while simultaneously integrating security systems.
